I am a Fedora user, and since I was not able to find devilspie2 in the official repositories or in RPM format I wrote a spec file myself to build it. I did some basic testing and everything seems to be working fine, including translations and the man page.

I'll try and get compiled/source RPMs somewhere if anyone wants to test them, although it's obviously a better idea to build it yourself from clean sources.
