Getting Suru-Plus icons in KDE Panel

Hi there. I'm using the Suru-Plus icon theme with the Breeze plasma theme. All the icons (applications, mimetypes, etc.) are showing the Suru-Plus icons as expected. However, the panel still shows Breeze icons as shown in the screenshot below. Any idea how to replace them with the icons from Suru-Plus?
