Replace custom graph module

There is a plugin for d3js for working with graph stuctures. We need to look at it.

No it isn't :) there is still custom code. But I think I should reword all my issues regards NEW VISION! :wink:

@gurugray Each time I want to make a speech I'm looking here. Would be great to have clear issues just to try to fix them quickly.
