old backup of private key
I found a file on my old phone that called "Bitcoin Wallet backup of private key" from 2013. It's a small file with 349 Byte and contains this: (I changed a few letters to XXX in case that I can restore this file.)

I know the public address from this private key and it contains 1BTC. Can I restore this "backup" somehow? Has someone an idea? Thank you very much!

With this info you can restore your Keys.. Import backup and enter your password (If any )
But he don't remember password. I guess its one of those he installed on a android. Bitcoin Wallet, BitcoinSpinner, Mycelium Bitcoin Wallet and blockchain.info. Back in 2013 they all had an security issue. So with backup and or jut BTC address. You don't need password to get Private Key. As mobile devices generated private keys with a flaw, back in the days.
Its the encrypted private key. They kind of have their own way of encrypting the file. You can contact me on [email protected] or through our website https://keychainx.io. We have just opened that exact same wallet for a client today from Nov 2013.
