Hi @guokai8 , This is a very good tool for working with single-cell data. Will a tool to process spatial transcriptomes be considered later?

Hi @orange-3711 , Yes. I will add few more features in the next version and also work with spatial transcriptomes. K

Hi @orange-3711 , Now support the spatial transcriptomics data by setting assay="Spatial" or "SCT" within scgsva function. Still working on the new methods. K
