AttributeError: module 'time has no attribute 'clock'

I installed and imported the proper packages. When I used the ChatBot function, I get an error that I put in the title. How do I fix that?

hello there user of github, simply replace time.clock to time.perf_counter

upgrade your sqlalchemy pip install sqlalchemy --upgrade

sry，i don't know too. by the way,do you know why i have downloaded nltk_data to correct path,why i still can not run the basic example,it show me error that cannot search nltk_data
