what is the difference between chatterbot and DialogFlow?
I'm trying to develop a chatbot system and doing some research, but I cannot find any comparison info between chatterbot and DialogFlow except the pricing. I'm quite confused right now :( Can anyone tell me more about the difference between them?
Chatterbot is quite unstable, lacks a lot of features and you have to host it yourself. DialogFlow is developed by Google and constantly updated to make sure it works. Chatterbot requires a lot of attention and fixing and the newer versions don't even install properly. For a stabler solution - DialogFlow. For a free, but less stable solution - Chatterbot.
I would like to build a chatbot for it helpdesk service as my final year project, there are 2 options : chatterbot with flask/ dialogFlow with django. Im new in programming, may i ask which one is more suitable?
Do you want the helpdesk to be used for some business site or just a home project?
Its a university data science project, The scope of project is for a local business company
Then go with DialogFlow. Chatterbot is just too much pain in the ass to keep it from failing.
