Needs to update spacy to the latest version

The installation has problems in relation to Spacy 2.1 and python3.8+.

The spacy library has already corrected this (2.3.5), but if the chatterbot does not update the installation error it will persist.

Please check the installation errors that occur between ChatterBot in newer versions of Python.
