ChatterBot pip install chatterbot error

i am using python 3.8 64 bit and trying to install chatterbot using the command: pip install chatterbot

but it shows following error:

Hello @PawanPujary1105, I would suggest reinstall python 3.7.2 also keep in mind to delete the cache file after uninstalling. So, delete the pip folder from C:\Users\soham\AppData\Local\pip and delete the old python setup files from C:\Users\soham\AppData\Local\Programs\Python then reinstall python 3.7.2 then pip install chatterbot it will work

I didnt reinstall python 3.7.2 but i installed MS build tools 2019 and now every step is working but only one package is showing error i.e; blis

@PawanPujary1105 i think you have a problem in pip module in python. Once try deleting the pip folder from C:\Users\soham\AppData\Local\pip and reinstall Python.

I uninstalled python and pip as u said now the first error occurs. is it necessary that we should download wheels for all the modules included in the chatterbot package

As a note, anything on python 3.8 and above won't work with the versions discussed here, we need https://github.com/gunthercox/ChatterBot/pull/1963 to hit.
