Survey Model Proposal

Hello, I wanted to ask if Survey Model Proposal was worked on? Can i see the sample code for that?

Or is it possible to have something like this.

User: what is nearest park to my location bot: what is your location user: i am close to X area in Los Angeles, CA. bot: sure, here are the list of parks in X, LA, CA.

So to find X we would look up in database or use closest match with the dictionary. Same goes with City/State.

Can anyone shed some light on how to achieve this? I am new to chatterbot and still trying to grasp everything.
