PTY's no longer accessible

Installed this and terminals and anything requiring them became inaccessible. Couldn't open anything locally to look but got this when trying to ssh: PTY allocation request failed on channel 0. Adding on "/bin/bash -i" got me: bash: cannot set terminal process group (-1): Inappropriate ioctl for device bash: no job control in this shell.

Running Manjaro I3 community edition with full disk encryption using LVM on LUKS (only an EFI partition not encrypted). Installed via AUR package.
