Can I define wildcard path like {path: '*.address.city'} or something similar?

You mean when defining observation? As of now there is no patterning support, only either path like being an exact path or pathsFrom which are nested (it's all should be detailed in docs). I presume it is clear that you can get all of the events and filter yourself, but asking for a convenience of use?
