Immersive mode doesn't cover whole screen

Immersive mode doesn't cover whole screen, it doesn't cover the top bar but it is black, it covers bottom buttons, i use Android 9 on Galaxy S10+

This is done intentionally to avoid display cutouts, because they can overlap the toolbar drawer. But in your case, it seems the cutout is unlikely to interfere with toolbar, so maybe we should have an experimental pref to enable drawing behind cutouts.
