Reset the initial section after manual scroll animation

Hi, first of all thank you for your plugin!

The site I'm working on have a few links that animate to different sections on the page.

My question is, is there a way for me to reset the current section after I manually animate the html/body to a specific section?

(Also, not sure if this will make a difference -- just to be clear, I'm not using the plugin's navigation for this website)
