Incorrect menu entry given for New Plugin under ST3

In the "Your First Plugin..." section, the first step is:

Select Tools | New Plugin... in the menu.

It is actually Tools | Developer | New Plugin...

*cough* I am ashamed to say it took me twenty minutes to get past this step.

Thanks for the notice. I think this was done when sublime-syntax was first introduced for its conversion command, so about two years ago.
