nasa9polynomials fails for some species

For some species calculating gibbs energies with the nasa9 database doesn't work. For example:

from thermopy import nasa9polynomials as nasa9
db = nasa9.Database()
sp = db.set_compound('OH')
sp.gibbs_energy(298)

produces an "out of bounds" error, because there are 10 coefficients in the database, and the function expects 9 coefficients
