jquery select2 and datepicker issues

Hi, I've the following issues with https://select2.github.io/ (https://almsaeedstudio.com/AdminLTE version) and https://github.com/Eonasdan/bootstrap-datetimepicker plugins:

Looking at chrome inspector localstorage:

• https://select2.github.io/ value is saved but not recalled on refresh
• https://github.com/Eonasdan/bootstrap-datetimepicker value is saved only if input clicked after date selection
