F1 score of all custom named entity

I have used BIOES format for tagging my dataset. I have been able to implement the code successfully, but till yet I am not able to find the F1 score of each custom-named entity. The file ner_model.py contains the section of code for F1 calculation but I have not been able to figure out how exactly to do that for each entity. As per my understanding currently, it is giving a total F1 score. How can I get an individual f1 score of every entity?
