Saved file unworking

I saved a file after working on it (I had done the whole Save As.. process and had saved throughout like normal.) I must have accidentally pressed a keybind that quit the program when I was getting up for a break. Came back. Opened the file with Goxel and.... nothing... just a blank "room" like when i first opened it? wtf?
