TrackMe bug report - Data hosts long term tracker should collect after filtering on hosts out of the scope of the short term, and this scope should include data_last_ingest

The data hosts long term OOTB tracker is not consistent.

It should:

  • collect only after the filtering of the short term scope is made
  • the filtering of the scope should include data_last_ingest
