Fuel selector is allways at auto when starting C&D

I don't know if this is something you can fix, but it would be nice if you could. The fuel selector switch is allways on auto when starting cold and dark. In the best of worlds it should be in the position it was last left in, but at the very least in manual

try change in apron.FLT

[LocalVars.0] XMLVAR_LANDING_TAXI_OFF_Switch_Position=2 XMLVAR_FuelSelectorAuto=0
