Presurization system at high altitude

Open coolh opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

Hi there,

Thanks for your great work, its the only aircraft that i fly on FS2020 and FSE. I found an issue with the presurization fliying on high FLs (FL300 and FL310). It seems that the presurization controler cant keep the cabin altitude under 10k, and an alarm is triggered con the CAS. (see attached screenshoot) Also I saw a max diff pressure alarm climbing with a very light aircraft passing FL260 towards higher levels. It seems that the controller has a harcoded limit of 500 fps.

I dont know if this issue can be corrected on the CFG files, but anyways, thanks a lot for your time. Please excuse my english is not my native language.

I think the 500fpm limit is real, in order to preserve your ears. I didn't change any pressurization values, but i'll have a look into that.

Hi Guilherme, thanks for your reply, nice work BTW, this mod and the WT3000 are my favorites. I tried to look at the PIM published by socata, but it has no reference to the rate limit on the GASC controller, as you said 500 fpm seems reasonable. the manual only says that it keep the deltaP below or at 6 psi automatically.

The screenshoot was taken at FL310, and the climb profile was 170KT/M040 using POH power settings, The cabin presure seems to drift very slowly once you reach cruise altitude until it goes above 10k and the CAS message is shown.

If you need help let me know. Keep the good work! Best regards Fernando-
