Water not rendering

when selecting the ChunkyCIRenderer, water disappears and the ocean floor becomes visible 

when selecting the ChunkyCIRenderer, minecraft:light blocks will show up with the texture not found texture. they then start to emit red light  (all red blocks are light blocks)
