v2win and v2net doesn't raise the click event over a Button if press button longer and release

Describe the bug If mouse button is press on a Button by a long time, 3 seconds, when the button is released the click event doesn't raise

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Buttons scenario'
2. Click on any button during 2 or 3 seconds
3. Release the mouse button
4. The click event isn't raised

Expected behavior A click event should happen
