V2 Alpha Release

This is the master Issue for the Terminal.Gui v2 Alpha Release.

When we do the final merge to v2_release from v2_develop to release the Alpha, that PR will be titled "Fixes https://github.com/gui-cs/Terminal.Gui/issues/3488. Launch Terminal.Gui v2 Alpha".

We are using this Project to drive the release:
