V2 Beta Release

This is the master Issue for the Terminal.Gui v2 Beta Release.

When we do the final merge to v2 from v2_develop to release the Beta, that PR will be titled "Fixes https://github.com/gui-cs/Terminal.Gui/issues/3479. Launch Terminal.Gui v2 Beta".

Maybe I wasn't clear.
