Not sure what needs changing other than this line - https://github.com/gugod/App-perlbrew/blob/1495d17dd7877141caf89230bf3fde546c6f351a/lib/App/perlbrew.pm#L710 , but it would be nice to favour .xz over .bz as they're another 2 megs smaller.

I mean the issue is still there, albeit the code has moved around a bit: https://github.com/gugod/App-perlbrew/blob/4be56048bc6fc05d266f45b41888b28b6b80847d/lib/App/perlbrew.pm#L801

But if no one is that fussed I'm happy for it to be closed.
