Sentinel sensors in PT won't work

Some days ago the sentinel sensors stopped working. After the last update they still don't work. Decided to reinstall the integration and now I only have the alarm and the sentinel sensors don't show up

Sorry to hear that, there was a change in the API in how they expose the sentinel and maybe for other markets the string is different.
Can you enable the logs and share with me?

Tried the integration for the first time last week, didn't get the sentinel sensors in PT as well. Did you solve the issue or share the logs with the integration owner?
Same here, 3 systems in PT only with alarm, nothing about the sentinel info!

I had the sentinel for like half an hour and then they stop to appear. Re added the configuration an lost entirely the entities related with that. The odd thing here is i only tried all of this today, so as of today the api worked well for a moment. EDIT: it only worked because initially i found the cantupuz repo and used directly just for testing and after that i added via HACS, that replaced the cantupuz and i didnt even noticed that were two different repos
apparently with the cantupaz custom repo works fine. But dont know the difference here

OK... For some reason. Now I can't activate/trigger the alarm. Every action has the folowing response.
The sentinels now work but the "alarm activation" dosen't.
However... When I activate the alarm physicaly in the central unit.. Home assistant recnozies the status. I've posted here because I believe it's related with the update.
oh, yeah.. same here EDIT: But something else is broken. Im having a lot of trouble using the my verisure app as well. It says alarm status unknown and cant preform any actions via the app.

I'm having this same issue. But sentinel is back so something is being changed. Thank you.
After installation, I don't see any of the sensors (ES) be it sentinel, door open/close, or cams.
PS: I was also curious if it would be possible to get the battery status of the installed devices.

I'm still on 2.7.3.0, reckon you do the same since the only difference as far as I can tell is just the code being cleaner.

I have the 2.7.4.2 and sentinel is working. If you really need that info maybe reinstalling it will work.
Door sensors would be awesome yes. In some doors I'm using my own sensors because of automations. So have two door sensors and that looks fugly :x
i went to the integration page, clicked reload and now all seems working fine. dont know why but seems to me it was just a fluke

I might look into the API myself, but I am very interested in having the following sensors added:
- Door closes/open
- Battery statuses across the various devices
- Smoke alarm (separate device I had installed from securitas)
- Cameras

I've instaled the "new" version, and I could't trigger the alarm. Did you test alarm on/off both ways to see if it is working proprely? This time I do not have any visual error, like last time.

Yes I've tested it and it works fine. I can arm and disarm it. The automation I made for auto onf and off works fine.

I had a look, and it looks like I can get information about the shock/door sensors itself but not the current state. Looking at the gql APIs, I don't see a property relating to it. I might be missing something completely, though.
