Compiling 9.3.5: FATAL: role "ubuntu" does not exist

Not sure if this is an issue with pgvm, any ideas?

configuring PostgreSQL Version: 9.5.3 ... Configured with: --prefix=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/include/c++/4.2.1
done.
compiling ... FATAL:  role "ubuntu" does not exist

Then install then finishes and seems to work.
