Bug 425646 - [Themes] Support for black and inverted color UI themes

I have updated Bug 425646 to reference all bugs shown in README.

ok, thanks Paul, there are also other minor issues not reported to Bugzilla (highlighted in the stylesheets with a 'SWT-BUG' keyword) but the ones in the README are definitly the biggest. Anyway some of them require a huge rework of the SWT implementation, I don't expect that will be solved in little times (or that will be ever solved..), however let's see what happens.. :)

So far nobody from eclipse.org commented on Bug 425646, but I noticed other issues are in progress. I just wonder how to make Bug 425646 to be seen by write people. Maybe it should be in .Platform instead of .UI component?
