Update agent pyinstaller to 6.X

We currently have pyinstaller pinned to 5.13. Prior to pinning, a lock of the Pipfile caused the pyinstaller version to get updated to 6.1, which resulted in a propagated Agent process to hang while trying to connect to the Island. This was observed on some log4j machines in the zoo environment.
