Problem with connection to bridges

When Orbot is in local VPN mode and Always-on VPN and Block connections without VPN are enabled in Android settings, it cannot connect to obfs4 bridges.

Hmm... .all traffic from the Orbot/Tor process should be whitelisted and considered "VPN" packets. Will do some more testing of this.
