Shortcut for turning Orbot on and off
From training sessions, we’ve learned that some people will activate a VPN on certain occasions (like when on public wifi or when traveling). This type of person will not want to run the app when they don’t need it. For the app experience, we should consider adding an action at the notification level where users can easily stop the VPN. And/or are there other possibilities?!
Android has quick settings tiles! https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/quicksettings-tiles Someone had filed an issue request for this forever ago and we never quite got it. Not too sure though how customizable they are beyond and off and on though

I am not sure people use the QuickTile Settings that much though. We already have a persistent Orbot notification (unless the user full exists). Maybe we can use that to offer an easy off/on?
