Foreground Service Error

Fully charged phone a little while ago, and down 14% after 90 minutes with 10 minutes of screen on time. On Orbot for Android 16.6.0 RC 4 I am seeing this error repeatedly every second:

03-08 14:51:12.717  1246  4032 W ActivityManager: Foreground service started from background can not have location/camera/microphone access: service org.torproject.android/.service.OrbotService

Phone is Essential Phone with DivestOS 18.1/11.0

That is really strange.... we don't ask for any of those services in any code. The only thing we might do is launch a QR code scanner app... but that isn't camera permission related.
