Ending bridge use when it's no longer needed

Here's the use case: A user chooses to use a bridge when Tor is blocked in my country. When Tor is no longer blocked, they don't need it anymore to connect to the network. How can we detect this?

We can support a user flow to turn off bridges - either automatically or with user input.
