Orbot can't updated from f-droid

i have installed orbot from f-droid and i get a update on play store but no update to f-droid , this is very strange because i not installed orbot from play store???

The same signing key is used for the Orbot build for Google Play and F-Droid. Because Google Play has the new release already (waiting on updating the Guardian Project f-droid repo), it sees there is a new version to upgrade and offers it to you. You can trust the release whether it comes from Play or us, as we sign and distribute the same APK file through both.

Don't know if it's related, but the F-Droid page linked on the website seems to be missing entirely at the moment. Wanted to do a fresh install on a new device and was wondering why I couldn't find it anywhere in the repo. I know i can get the github version but it's nice using F-Droid :)
