[Feature Request] Change guard based on location

Since the guard node seldom changes, connecting from a different but nearby location leaks unnecessary metadata and might make an association between different locations possible.

Would it be possible to have a new setting which controls whether or not to choose a different guard node based on the wifi network the device is connected to?
