[Question] kindness is an exit node ?

Will enabling kindness make my phone an exit node for others ? Meaning I can get in legal troubles for Kidness users possible illegal* behaviour ? Please, clarify, and add the info on kindness screen for others. Thank you for this beautifull software!

Kindess Mode makes your device a Snowflake Proxy - which is a kind of special "middle node" for Tor traffic. You can learn more about Snowflake at: https://snowflake.torproject.org/
Everything going through your device is encrypted, and passes through the Tor network AFTER it goes to your device. There is no connection between your device and any exit node traffic.
The main risk is that a third-party IP address of a Tor/Orbot user will connect to your Snowflake Proxy on your device IP address as a Snowflake Client. This might mean someone from a place like Iran, China or Russian, where Snowflake is really needed, will be seen as having IP traffic to you.
