[BUG] Connect and Newnym Intent Actions Broken
Noticed this when working on API 34 fixing the notification regression built into #1302
The PendingIntents in the notification never make it to OrbotService$ActionBroadcastReceiver's onReceive() and so nothing happens when you click them.
Thought that this was another regression I had put in, but realized these same issues occur from the last tagged release 17.4.1-BETA-4-tor-0.4.8.13.
Seemingly not, maybe n8fr8 marked it as fixed because he saw it working on some platform but its not working on the API 34 device in my hand right now.
I hope it's not too spammy, I've just been trying to CC you on issues I think we want to get into an upcoming release
I have been thinking about the "New Identity" -> NewNym feature in the notification area. In the main screen we now have "Refresh" instead, and I think that is what we actually want in the notification area. New Identity doesn't really make sense... instead what I use it for is to try to reset my connection when I think I have an exit node that is not performing well for some reason.
