App cut off when using split screen

Describe the Bug The connect fragment does not work at all because the user cannot scroll and the fragment is cut in half. The kindness fragment works as intended. The more fragment works but many of the elements overlap and the UX is not pleasing. The FAB in client authorization is sometimes smaller than usual. All other elements and dialogs work fine.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Launch Orbot in split screen mode

Expected Behavior All screen should be able to work one way or another during split screen. The app should be usable like most apps are.

What Custom Configuration Do You Use? None
