Allow persistent configuration of face detect - ie, let me turn it off

I don't use this app for removing faces, just number plates and registration stickers. Having it obscure the wheels of my car and other random things means I have to detect and delete all of these areas before selecting the ones that I DO want - sometimes I miss subtle/smaller ones that are hard to see and upload corrupted images with "faces" obscured. I'd prefer it to come up fast, not scan, and let me just select what I need to.
