Login problem on Blackberry Q10

I have installed Chatsecure app on my BlackBerry q10, so far so good. During installation, I had to made and enter a password. When I start the app, i must enter my password. I enter my password...but when i click on the enter button of my blackberry keyboard ....nothing happens!!!!
