Can't connect when connected via mobile internet

When I'm connected via mobile Internet (HSDPA or LTE), Chatsecure will be stuck during login. When I'm connected to a WLAN, I'm able to login again. Restarting the app or the device didn't help.

I was hoping that was my issue, but I can't connect with the same login and server details that work fine on the same phone using Xabber... (to be fair, I ONLY have a cellular connection, so may be the same issue)

I run my own XMPP server, and can connect to it just fine with Xabber.

I am seeing the Port keeps returning to a default of 0 (zero)

When I tail my log and err files for Prosody I can see the ChatSecure app NEVER tries to authenticate after connecting.... but it does disconnect on it's own quickly.

This does not match what I see when a working client connects successfully or not.

Hope extra details help.
