Reset for `abbr[title]` styling
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Browsers implement default styling in different ways for abbr[title] elements. This doesn't seem to currently be covered by Source's reset stylesheet.
Describe the solution you'd like There seem to be accessibility concerns relating to this, in addition to stylistic ones, and currently we aren't sure whether it's better to preserve the dotted underline or not. However, consistency one way or another seems worthwhile. We are doing more research on this, and plan to talk with the DAC about. More context can be found in this DCR issue.
If this is something that has been considered before, or which anyone else knows about, we're very open to suggestions!
