Janus link is broken

I am trying to set myself up with the guardian repository. In the process of doing so, clicking on Janus does not lead me anywhere but to a 404 page of github.

Setup membership developer AWS credentials using Janus (you will need access to the Janus repo).

Help appreciated to download source and compile.
