Uploads in progress model dialog triggers incorrectly if the Grid is installed on a hostname which starts with upload

If the UI is running on a URL which has upload in the hostname then the upload in progress modal will fire on every upload attempt.

ie. https://uploadtest.domain gets caught by https://github.com/guardian/grid/blob/b3bdbfe0147c1b53725fc65c21d55aa112211f54/kahuna/public/js/upload/controller.js#L25
