Australia region selector can get seperated from its sibling container

In Australia we support region specific containers for different parts of Australia, this allows us to personalize the Australia network front based on a users Location.

The region selector is configured as a thrasher which essentially means that Frontend treats it as a seperate container with absolutely no relation to the region specific container, this creates issues as the Labs container can sometimes decide to render between the 2 containers.

Whats interesting is that we decide which containers to render server side, not client side. The thrasher used to change region is fairly basic, all it does is set a cookie and then reload the page.

In theory we should be able to get rid of the region selector thrasher and build it natively into the region container itself, but this will need some investigation.
