Problem

If you move a story into the clipboard do edit the headline for the alert, then delete part of the text and then delete the entire headline, the original headline repopulates the text box (you can also delete part of the text several times and then delete all the text, and the same things happens)

Solution

Some possible cross-over with #1874. We should investigate the word count functionality for bugs or possibilities for improvement.
