Refine The `index.apps.ts` Entry File in DCAR for Apps

As part of https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/issues/8875, the entry file was split out, so there is one for apps and one for web.

The apps index file was mainly copied from the already existing one, and the bootCmp call was removed but it could probably be refined further.

As @georgeblahblah mentioned on the original pr https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/pull/8912#pullrequestreview-1648282185 we could potentially (after investigation)

Make sure GA is not running in DCAR for apps articles- if not running we can mark this as a 'Health' milestone

I've split this ticket into subtasks as some of the improvements are required for beta (Ophan and GA removal), and others are not.
