Harmonise crossword default layout and DCAR layout

DCAR overrides the default crossword layout and applies some custom styling and JS. Is there a way we can harmonise these two layouts and move some of the customisation from DCAR back into the base layout?

We'll revisit this issue once we have implemented the library into the Editions app.

There's a scrollable clue list in the web version of the crossword. Arguably, the clue list in the Editions app would also benefit from being scrollable. This would avoid situations in which the clue is obscured by the keyboard.

Is this feature something we can lift up into the player?
